Fees & Payments
Fees for our services will be specified in the engagement agreement between Cherry Bookkeeping Inc. and the client. Payment terms include:

Accepted payment methods: check, ACH transfer, or other methods specified in writing

Invoices due within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise stated

Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month on outstanding balances

Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date financial information and promptly supply any documents or information required. Cherry Bookkeeping Inc. is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided data.

Confidentiality & Data Security
All client information, including financial records, is confidential and protected in accordance with industry standards. We will not disclose any confidential information without written consent except as required by law. Reasonable measures are taken to safeguard client data against unauthorized access or disclosure.
